How does the camera stay clean inside a high-dust discharge spout?
Syn-Fab Sentinel cameras deployed in high-dust spout and silo applications are equipped with continuous air-purging systems. This high-velocity air barrier actively repels thick dust and flying wood chips away from the viewing window, drastically reducing the need for manual cleaning.
Can the camera be mounted directly to the side of a silo or chute?
Yes. The Sentinel series is built for rapid, versatile deployment. Models like the SF20 and SF30 series can be easily mounted directly to the walls of silos, bins, or discharge chutes using standard 2" NPT pipe fittings or adjustable swivel mounts.
Can the camera monitor the actual fill level of a bin or silo?
